Senior Acro

This class is for those who have moved up from Inter Acro or those who have previously studio Acro or Gymnastics to a high level

These students will learn how to do back handsprings, front handsprings, ariels, back layouts and tucks, once they are ready. The basic steps (as in the junior) will be also taught to aid their development. Pair work will be developed further, and they will do steps such as Flip Flops, and double cartwheels. Senior Acro will follow the Acrobatic Arts syllabus, which the students can take exams in. Grades will determined once the students have established a few basic and complex steps. Mats will be used throughout the lessons to aid the student’s safety. The students can do festival dances with Acro too if they so wish.
