Inter Acro

This class is suitable for students who have moved up from Juniors of who have prior Acro or gymnastics training.

The class will focus on the basic steps, such as bridges, forwards rolls, backwards rolls, handstands, cartwheels (one and two handed), toe clutches, forwards and backwards walkovers. Once these steps are mastered studenets start to build up to more advanced steps, such as ariels (sideways and forwards), handstand forwards rolls, back handsprings, front handsprings, and scorpions.

The class will also incorporate some pair work, which will aid the student’s balance, and teamwork skills. The classes follow the Acrobatic Arts syllabus, and students can take exams should they so wish.

All Acro students were our customers Alegra purple Acro leotard and black shorts or 3/4 leggings
